Flies - We will help pick out the best flies for the time of the season

Leader & Tippet - Some setups already have good leaders attached but others need to be replaced. A new leader is around $7 and a spool of tippet if you are planning on throwing more than one fly is around $9-$18

Equipment Release:

I accept for use as is the equipment listed on this form and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while in my possession. I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any equipment rented under this form, if lost, damaged, stolen or not returned to Upriver Fly Fishing for any reason and/or for all repair costs associated with any damage of equipment. Upriver Fly Fishing reserves the right to charge your credit card full retail value if rental gear is not returned within 48 hours of the due date/time. I agree to return all equipment by the agreed time and date in clean and undamaged condition. Gear returned late will result in an automatic late fee of, at least, an additional ½ day rental. Up to one full-day rental fee for waders/boots/rods/reels can be applied towards the purchase price of a NEW waders/boots/rod/reel in the same calendar year. Must have copies of your receipt. Restrictions may apply
