Silver King Lake

At 12,650 feet, Silver King is up there... Located way back in the pine creek drainage, Silver King requires an ~ 11-mile hike. Supposedly there is very good fishing for Cutthroat Trout here; however, given the elevation of this lake, the potential for winter kill here is high.
Current Conditions
This lake is very high in elevation, expect ice to be gone by early-mid july. This hike is a long one, and weather this time of year is variable at that elevation, be aware.
